The Longines Global Champions Tour and Global Champions League show in Shanghai has come to an end, and what a show for our team at Absolute Horses. The highlight was the team competition, where Istanbul Warriors ended 2nd after two clear rounds from Andreas.

The show started on friday with two 145 cm competitions. In one of them Andreas secured the 10th place with Napoli VH Nederassenthof by President/Quasimodo Z after a great clear round.

On saturday it was time for the Global Champions League for team Istanbul Warriors, where Andreas competed alongside Angelica Augustsson-Zanotelli. In the first round, the 155 cm competition, Andreas rode Lady Corlina by Casiro/Corlensky G, and with a clear round they placed 12th individually and made a great start for the team. In second round the height was 160 cm, and Andreas rode another clear round, this time together with Napoli VH Nederassenthof. They ended 5th individually and secured the team a very great 2nd place out of the 14 teams competing.

The last day, sunday, Andreas started the day with another clear round on Lady Corlina, and they ended 10th in the 150 cm speed competition. After that it was time for the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix. A very unfortunate fence down kept Andreas and Napoli VH Nederassenthof from an absolute top placement, but they were placed as no. 10th ending a very great show.

Next up is the 5-star show in Hamburg this week.
